Before the treatment, I was often exhausted in the mornings, felt like I was sleeping poorly, and was often tired during the day. Additionally, I had severe tension and jaw pain. Since wearing the brace, I've been waking up much fresher and more alert, as is trending. My oxygen supply has also improved significantly, according to the measurements taken with the pulse oximeter. Particularly positive: My jaw pain has decreased significantly and I no longer have any pain. I've had my splint for about 7 months now. I had previously been to 3 sleep labs and was only ever recommended one mask, which was out of the question for me because I found it uncomfortable. With the Apnea Perfect splint, I've gained a new sense of life. My sleep patterns have improved a lot. Not only do I sleep longer, but I also wake up without interruption and therefore much more rested. I hardly snore anymore, and on certain days I don't snore at all. At first the splint was a bit unusual, but today I didn't want to fall asleep without it anymore. The company's service deserves 5 stars. In 2024, I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea||I immediately received a CPAP mask (for my mouth and nose), which helped initially||You do get used to the (quiet) noise and the fact that you were „tied up“ by the cunning, but the constant airflow, which mostly went towards my eyes, as well as the air pressure at which I felt, It felt like a balloon that was about to burst, and the rash that sometimes formed on my face under the mask, always carrying an extra bag when traveling and only going to countries where the power supply works at night, made me look for alternatives.||I have a special pillow that's comfortable, but doesn't really help.||A plastic track for self-adjustment: That's complete nonsense||In February I had an appointment in Viernheim (which isn't too far away for my sake) where everything was explained to me and I immediately had a print taken.||At the beginning of May 2026 I had another appointment in the sleep lab and my dropouts dropped from ~37 to ~13! Since the splint hasn't been extended to adjust to the situation yet, the pulmonologist also said that the values will improve even further. ||Yes, I can definitely recommend it, even if it costs a fortune initially (advance payments are also offered and there's also a „lifetime“ warranty, etc.), I save that when traveling for the extra luggage, electricity costs, Eye drops etc||😉 My quality of life has already improved considerably after 2 months, even though I have been advertising the CPAP mask|| for 2 years out of conviction that I paid for the splint regularly (some of it was covered by health insurance).

In 2014, after a night in the sleep lab, I was prescribed a CPAP mask, which I couldn't live with: I woke up in the morning with a dry mouth and nose, and my eyes were dry because air escapes from the edges of the mask with every sleep movement, drying out the eye. I returned the mask after 3 weeks. In the fall of 2025, I revisited the topic of snoring and, while searching online, came across Mr. Büchner's dental lab apnoeperfect. Mr. Büchner gave me comprehensive advice, and just two weeks later I received the snoring splint. It is very comfortable to wear, also because –as with plastic rails – there is no slight increase. Due to my snoring and sleep apnea, I went looking for alternatives and got stuck on perfect apnea. The snoring splint is a straightforward solution. After several weeks of use, a consistently positive conclusion can be drawn. I snore very rarely anymore, and the sleep-deprived symptoms have improved. The splint adjustment is performed at the dentist in conjunction with Mr. Mainhardt. The comfort is really great. After just a few nights, there was a significant improvement in snoring. Of particular note is the ease of use and good quality; the machine can be individually adjusted as needed, it is easy to insert and clean, making it suitable for everyday use. My next goal is to improve sleep apnea; I'm in contact with Mr. Mainhardt (adjustment/adjustment) and the sleep lab. It has improved, but not yet perfectly. I am so glad I stumbled upon Mr. Büchner's website by chance. I got an appointment quickly and am very satisfied with my appliance. I hardly snore anymore and my husband is happy too.
